Personality and CharacteristicsEdit
The Minister of Winter is a blunt, uncompromising fairy. She knows how to get the job done, and isn't interested in nonsense. While generally too busy to spend much time on her hair, she washes it in ice water to make it shiny, a tip she acquired from Rosetta. In addition to leading the annual effort to bring winter to the Mainland, the Minister of Winter has identified seventeen diferent classes of snowflakes, and is considered a great scholar of snow.
In Tinker Bell, she is first seen alongside the other ministers in Tinker Bell's arrival in the Pixie Dust Tree. Then when Clank and Bobble are showing Pixie Hollow's regions for newcomer's Tinker Bell, she is seen coming back home with Snowflake and Frost fairies after take the winter to the Mainland. Later on, she is seen with the other ministers in the Spring Valley for the Queen's magazine. She is seen after discussing with ministers and Queen Clarion what will happen if the spring does not arrive. She is last seen in Spring Valley with the Queen Clarion and the ministers.
